总结挫挫裂伤１３２例，采用中西医结合治疗，效果满意。恶性期证型分为：出血积瘀，闭阻清窍：水湿停聚，闭阻清窍；元气欲脱。恢复期证型分为：气血不足，脑髓失充；瘀血停留，郁阻经脉：气郁痰蒙。人为采用“脑挫裂伤”病名符合中医传统理论，中西医结合有利于脑挫裂伤及时准确的诊断和辩证分型，提高疗效。还讨论了脑挫裂伤的病机与分型、治法与用药问题。
