目的:通过螺旋CT扫描探讨青少年不同垂直骨面型上下颌骨皮质骨厚度和密度的变化规律。方法:针对上下颌前后临床常用微型种植体植入位置,测量距离牙槽嵴顶4~6 mm范围内皮质骨厚度和CT值。分析不同面型间皮质骨厚度和密度间差异。结果:除下颌后部皮质骨厚度在不同垂直骨面型间无显著区别外,均表现为高角患者皮质骨厚度和密度显著低于均角及低角患者。结论:青少年高角患者上下颌前部皮质骨厚度较低,上颌后部皮质骨密度较低,低角患者下颌后部皮质骨密度较大,应引起临床医生的注意。“,”Objective:To explore the pattern of cortical bone thickness and densities in maxilla and mandible of adolescents with different vertical facial types using spiral CT images.Methods:71 patients (13-18 years old) were assigned to the low-angle, normal, and high-angle groups according to their cephalometric analysis. The measurement sites were selected according to the commonly used micro-implant insertion position in the maxilla and mandibles, and the cortical bone thickness and CT value within 4-6 mm from the alveolar crest were measured by spiral CT scans. The patterns in different facial types were analyzed.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the thickness of posterior mandibular cortical bone between different facial types. The high-angle groups displayed significantly decreased cortical bone thickness and density comparing to the low-angle and normal groups in sites other than posterior mandible (n P<0.001).n Conclusions:High-angle cases have lower anterior maxillary and mandibular cortical bone thickness and lower posterior maxillary cortical bone density. Low-angle cases have higher posterior mandibular cortical bone density. Clinicians should be aware of the variabilities.
