这是国家、黄金总公司的重点科技攻关项目。其目的在于改革缓倾斜薄矿脉的开采工艺,更新设备,提高机械化水平,提高回采强度、采场生产能力和工效,减轻劳动强度。根据黄金矿山薄矿脉的特点,决定在湘西金矿进行缓倾斜薄矿脉机械化水平分层削壁充填采矿法试验研究。试验时,按其矿体赋存条件,采用逆倾斜水平分层回采,矿岩分次爆破,抛掷充填,锚杆护顶,徽型铲运机出矿与辅助充填。历经3年,达其目的,并取得了较好的技术经济指标。与传统的削壁充填采矿法相比,生产能力提高2倍,工作面工效提高1.42倍,矿石损失率和出矿贫化率分别下降
