为适应水处理浮选的需要,本文在具体分析特种浮选与矿石浮选过程的作用机理和工艺特点的异同基础上,提出了水处理用浮选机的4条设计原则。并根据该原则设计制造出一种适于水处理需要的实验室型KC一Ⅱ型浮选机。文中阐述了KC—Ⅱ型浮选机主要构件的特征和作用。实验结果表明KC—Ⅱ型浮选机搅拌强度适当、充气量大;固液分离速度快,效果好。当用于镍离子沉淀浮选时,与XFD型浮选机相比,处理水中的残余镍离子浓度由2.77ppm降至1.60ppm;泡沫产品富集比由5.89提高到10.20。
In order to meet the need of water flotation, this paper presents four design principles of flotation machine for water treatment based on the analysis of the similarities and differences between the special flotation and the ore flotation process. According to this principle, a kind of laboratory KC-Ⅱ flotation machine suitable for water treatment is designed and manufactured. In this paper, the characteristics and functions of the main components of KC-Ⅱ flotation machine are described. The experimental results show that the KC-Ⅱ flotation machine has suitable stirring intensity and large aeration volume, quick solid-liquid separation speed and good effect. When used for nickel ion precipitation flotation, the residual nickel ion concentration in the treated water was reduced from 2.77 ppm to 1.60 ppm compared to the XFD flotation machine; the foam product enrichment ratio increased from 5.89 to 10.20.
