针对部分井段长、层多、各层物性差异大的低渗透油井,采用多层合压油层垂向受效不充分,各层改造不均衡,影响压裂效果,采用填砂逐层压裂施工周期长、难度大、费用高的问题,开展了细分层压裂工艺技术研究。应用结果表明,该技术现场操作方便,成功率高,可实现不动管柱一次压裂两层或三层的目的,节约了成本,提高了增产效果。2009年现场实施7井次,措施成功率100%,平均单井节约压裂作业费用15万元,截止目前,累计增油7899吨,目前7口井仍继续有效,日增油49.4吨,取得了明显的经济社会效益。
