近几年来,油田改革的步伐不断加大,分配制度改革、住房制度改革等都在全面展开。这些改革与老年员工自身的利益直接相关。老年员工在面对这些变革时,思想难免出现些微波动。油田企业必须重视对老年员工的思想教育工作,帮助老年员工克服随着年龄增长给工作带来的不方便,促使他们在工作岗位上发挥应有的“光和热”。
In recent years, the pace of oilfield reform has been constantly increasing. The distribution system reform and housing system reform are all underway. These reforms are directly related to the interests of older workers. Older employees in the face of these changes, the idea will inevitably appear some fluctuations. Oilfield enterprises must attach great importance to the ideological education of older workers and help older workers overcome the inconvenience of working with age and encourage them to exert their “light and heat” in their jobs.
