自体红细胞敏感性紫癜,又称Gardner-Diamond综合征、疼痛性瘀斑性紫癜或疼痛瘀斑综合征。表现为自发性出现疼痛性瘀斑,症状出现呈阵发性,无任何出血和凝血功能障碍。本综合征可能与对红细胞的自体敏感有关,皮内注射自身血液可致发疹。Gardner等于1955年首先报告4例,目前已有很多报告。作者报告一例女性,53岁。风团和自发性疼痛性瘀斑位于两大腿和上臂。瘀斑直径1～3厘米,部分损害融合成不规则斑片,多环状,紫红色,有时色泽不均匀。瘀斑周围有一炎性红斑区。损害部位有 Autologous erythroid sensitive purpura, also known as Gardner-Diamond syndrome, painful ecchymosis purpura or pain eczema syndrome.
