目的掌握厦门港船舶主要病媒生物侵害状况,为今后开展相关的工作提出有针对性的意见或建议,为预防与控制通过病媒生物传播的病媒生物传染病提供科学依据。方法采用笼夜法监测鼠密度,诱蚊灯法监测蚊密度,笼诱法监测蝇密度,盒夜法监测蟑螂密度。结果 89艘船舶4类媒介生物的平均阳性率分别为鼠7.9%、蟑螂33.7%、蚊25.8%、苍蝇19.1%。结论船舶公司建立健全安全卫生制度,完备防护病媒生物的设施,合理使用杀虫防鼠药械,有效地防止媒介生物的侵害。
OBJECTIVE To grasp the status of the major vectors and vectors of ships in Xiamen Port and to put forward targeted opinions or suggestions for carrying out related work in the future and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of vector-borne infectious diseases transmitted by vectors. Methods Rat density was monitored by cage night method, mosquito density by mosquito lamp method, flies density by cage induction method and density of cockroaches by boxing method. Results The average positive rates of four vector organisms in 89 ships were 7.9% for rats, 33.7% for cockroaches, 25.8% for mosquitoes and 19.1% for flies. Conclusion The shipping company established and perfected the system of safety and health, fully equipped the facilities for the protection of vectors, and used pesticides and rodents to prevent effectively the vector organisms.
