采用0.25%石炭酸生理盐水配制的含蛋白质量为500μg/ml的姜片虫成虫纯化抗原(PAA)及姜片虫排泄-分泌纯化抗原(PESA),对24例姜片虫病患者作皮内试验,阳性率分别为91.67%(22/24)和100%(24/24),且后者的反应强度亦较大。但反应强度与感染度不呈正相关或负相关(Rs=0);反应结果似与蛔虫、鞭虫等线虫的混合感染无关。对10名血吸虫病人作皮内试验,结果均为阴性。
