本文报道,由聚氧乙烯(A)-聚氧丙烯(B)-聚氧乙烯(A)型组成的共聚物非离子表面活性剂(Pluronics或称Poloxamers,下简称P)的水溶液可经γ射线照射制得交联型凝胶,供制备缓释制剂用。制备方法:于配制表面活性剂的蒸馏水中通进交联增强剂N_2O两小时;将表面活性剂溶液于充氮下灌封于25ml安瓿中(四分之三量)。用2%、4%、10%的P按剂量率为0.33Mrad/小时的γ射线(~(60)Co)照射12、18、24和36小时。用5种型号的P进行研究的结果发现,照射后并不都能胶凝。含氧乙烯40%、50%的L_(64)和P_(75)在不同浓度和不同照射时间下都不胶凝,只是水合半径(Hydro-
It is reported herein that an aqueous solution of a copolymer nonionic surfactant consisting of polyoxyethylene (A) -polyoxypropylene (B) -polyoxyethylene (A) type (Pluronics or Poloxamers, hereinafter referred to as P) Irradiation obtained crosslinked gel for the preparation of sustained release formulations. Preparation Methods: surfactant in distilled water into the crosslinking enhancer N_2O two hours; the surfactant solution was filled with nitrogen in 25ml ampoules (three-quarters of the amount). The gamma rays (~ (60) Co) at a dose rate of 0.33 Mrad / hr were irradiated with 2%, 4%, 10% P for 12, 18, 24 and 36 hours. The results of a study with five models of P found that not all of them gelled after irradiation. Oxyethylene 40%, 50% L_ (64) and P_ (75) did not gel at different concentrations and irradiation time, but Hydro-
