基于激光多边法的坐标测量系统的测量精度受到其布局方式的影响。前期研究中通过对无目标点自标定模型误差传递规律的理论分析,将系统的布局方式优化为直角三棱锥布局。在此基础上,通过对线性化后的系统测量模型进行误差分析,发现当该测量模型系数矩阵的条件数取得最小值时,得到系统的最佳布局方式为直角正三棱锥布局。仿真结果表明,直角正三棱锥布局可有效保证系统的测量精度。
The measurement accuracy of the coordinate measuring system based on the laser polygon method is influenced by the layout method. Through the theoretical analysis of the law of error propagation of the non-target point self-calibration model in the previous study, the layout of the system was optimized to a right-angle triangular pyramid. On this basis, by analyzing the error of linearized system measurement model, it is found that when the condition number of the coefficient matrix of the measurement model is minimized, the optimal layout of the system is rectangular right triangular pyramid. Simulation results show that the right angle triangular pyramid layout can effectively ensure the measurement accuracy of the system.
