颈内动脉海绵窦瘘(carotidcavernousfistula,CCF)是指位于海绵窦内的颈内动脉或其分支破裂,导致动脉与海绵窦之间形成的异常动静脉通道。CCF的发生大部分与头面部外伤有关,常为颅底骨折所致,在颅脑损伤中的发生率约为2.5%。外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘(traumatic carotid cavernousfistula,TCCF)是较少见的脑血管疾病,其发病率随近年外伤、交通事故意外的增多而呈上升趋势。该病虽属神经外科治疗范畴,但因其80%以上患者以眼部症状为突出表现而首诊于眼科。笔者遇见的1例外伤性颈内动脉

The incidence of traumatic carotid cavernous fistula (TCCF) is increasing with the increase of accidents and traumatic accidents in recent years.
