本文介绍了全属型衬密封水冷陶瓷型精铸锻模新工艺,文中提到铸造锻模的精度和光洁度得到提高,表面脱碳层减少了,并从理论上作了必要的阐述。对全属型衬设计及热交换问题作了一些探讨,研究了精铸锻模合金成分及热处理工艺。对铸造Z_5CrMnMo、Z5CrMnMoV锻材5CrNiMo的性能和使用寿命进行了比较,进行了渗B处理提高模具寿命的试验,并提出了研究铸造锻模合金成分的一些设想。
In this paper, the new process of all-metal-lined water-cooled ceramic casting die is introduced. The accuracy and smoothness of casting die are improved and the surface decarburization layer is reduced, and the necessary explanations are given in theory. The whole model lining design and heat exchange problems were discussed, the casting alloy forging alloy composition and heat treatment process. The performance and service life of ZCrMnMo and ZCrMnMoV forging 5CrNiMo were compared. The experiment of infiltration B treatment to improve the service life of the mold was carried out. Some assumptions about the alloy composition of casting forging die were put forward.
