本实验用离体豚鼠右心室乳头肌为标本,采用张力传惑器记录心肌收缩力,常规玻璃微电极细胞内记录动作电位,首次观察了熊脱氧胆酸(UDCA)对心肌收缩力及电活动的影响。结果表明:UDCA0.55mg/ml 作用30 min,可使心肌收缩力由给药前的143.5±25.9mg 降低至91.9±17.3mg(P<0.001),并可使动作电位时程缩短(n=3),与熊胆的作用一致。表明熊胆中对心肌电及机械活动作用的主要有效成分为 UDCA。本结果为 UDCA 代替熊胆治疗某些心血管疾病提供了实验依据。
In this experiment, the right ventricular papillary muscles of isolated guinea pigs were used as specimens, and the myocardial contractility was recorded with a tension transmitter.
