我厂一台JF23型卷板机,因故左、右两机架全部断裂(见图1)。分析断裂原因是:上轴辊下压量超过极限;设计时未将方槽成圆弧连接,故应力集中,影响受力强度。我们采用粘接技术,对该机两机架进行了粘接修复。一、修复方案 1.粘接接头设计卷板机主要在上半部受力,尤其是上断口处。若只进行简单的断裂面粘合,不能恢复机架150t左右的承载能力,必须增大粘接面积和混合连接,才能达到较理想的修复效果,所以粘接接头采用了套接、工字键嵌合、断裂面对接、铁板面粘接等方法。
