采用销盘式高温摩擦磨损试验机,研究了钒钛球铁和普通球铁的磨损-温度特性,发现在严重磨损条件下,从室温到500℃磨损率随环境温度升高而降低,在200℃到300℃区间,磨损率的降低比较缓慢,超过500℃后,随温度升高磨损率增加。基于对磨损产物的分析,将钒钛球铁磨损随温度的变化分为粘着磨损、中温氧化磨损、高温氧化磨损和热融磨损四个过程。
The wear-temperature characteristics of vanadium-titanium ductile iron and ordinary ductile iron were studied by using the pin-plate high-temperature friction and wear tester. It was found that the wear rate decreased from room temperature to 500 ℃ under severe wear conditions and decreased at 200 ℃ to 300 ℃ range, wear rate decreased more slowly, more than 500 ℃, with increasing temperature wear rate increased. Based on the analysis of the wear products, the wear of vanadium-titanium-ductile iron with temperature is divided into four processes: adhesive wear, medium-temperature oxidative wear, high-temperature oxidative wear and hot-melt wear.
