目的:研究丹参注射液对叠氮化钠损伤心肌细胞H9C2的保护作用。方法:建立叠氮化钠诱导心肌细胞H9C2氧化损伤的模型。将H9C2细胞分为空白对照组、叠氮化钠模型组,叠氮化钠+丹参酮ⅡA低剂量组(50μg/ml),叠氮化钠+丹参酮ⅡA高剂量组(200μg/ml),CCK8法检测心肌细胞活性的变化。结果:丹参注射液能显著减轻由叠氮化钠诱导的H9C2细胞损伤,提高心肌细胞的活性。结论:丹参注射液可保护心肌细胞H9C2免受氧化损伤。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Danshen injection on H9C2 injured by sodium azide in cardiomyocytes. Methods: To establish a model of sodium azide - induced oxidative damage of H9C2 in cardiomyocytes. H9C2 cells were divided into blank control group, sodium azide model group, sodium azide + tanshinone Ⅱ A low dose group (50μg / ml), sodium azide + tanshinone Ⅱ A high dose group (200μg / ml), CCK8 method Detect changes in cardiomyocyte activity. Results: Salvia miltiorrhiza injection could significantly reduce the injury of H9C2 cells induced by sodium azide and increase the activity of cardiomyocytes. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza injection can protect cardiomyocytes H9C2 from oxidative damage.
