目的建立高效液相色谱法测定食醋中乳酸的不确定度的数学模型。方法根据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,从测量过程各步骤分析不确定度来源,并对已识别来源的不确定度影响进行评价和分析。结果测量结果不确定度主要来源于乳酸标准溶液、试样溶液配制和液相色谱仪的定量重复性。当食醋中乳酸含量为48.49 mg/g时,其扩展不确定度为1.34 mg(k=2)。结论该研究可为实验室评定食醋中乳酸含量的测定结果质量提供参考。
Objective To establish a mathematical model for the determination of lactic acid in vinegar by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods According to JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty, the sources of uncertainty were analyzed from each step of the measurement process, and the influence of the uncertainty of the identified sources was evaluated and analyzed. Results Uncertainty of measurement results mainly from the lactic acid standard solution, sample solution preparation and quantitative reproducibility of the liquid chromatograph. When the content of lactic acid in vinegar is 48.49 mg / g, its extended uncertainty is 1.34 mg (k = 2). Conclusion This study may provide a reference for the laboratory to assess the quality of determination of lactic acid content in vinegar.
