通过置于双通道交叉射流喷嘴中心通道的旋流器产生旋流 ,在 1 m× 4 m的大型冷模装置上 ,测定了射流携带床气化炉内的冷态停留时间分布 ,得到了停留时间分布密度函数的显式数学表达式 ;给出了实验范围内模型参数与无因次相似准数 S、Ct和喷嘴环隙与中心射流动量比 Gr之间的关系。
The swirling flow was generated by the cyclone placed in the center channel of the two-way cross-jet nozzle. The distribution of the residence time in the jet entrained-bed gasifier was measured on a 1 m × 4 m large-scale cold module, The explicit mathematical expressions of the time distribution density function are given. The relationship between the model parameters and the dimensionless similarity criteria S, Ct and the nozzle annulus and the center jet momentum ratio Gr are given.
