研究了在AZ31镁合金表面依次进行浸锌、化学镀镍、电镀铜、电弧离子镀Cr/CrN的复合镀膜工艺。利用X射线晶体分析仪、扫描电镜、显微硬度计、腐蚀测量系统及热震法等仪器和方法对复合镀层的显微组织及性能进行了研究。结果表明,在此复合镀工艺条件下,可以在AZ31镁合金表面形成致密度高、结合强度好、耐蚀性好且硬度高的复合合金镀层;AZ31镁合金镀膜后的显微硬度形成一个梯度,由71.1HK提高到2224.8 HK;耐蚀性明显提高,腐蚀电位从-1481 mV提高到-382 mV。
The composite coating process of soaking zinc, electroless nickel plating, electroplating copper and arc ion plating Cr / CrN on AZ31 magnesium alloy surface was studied. The microstructure and properties of the composite coating were studied by X-ray crystallography, scanning electron microscopy, microhardness tester, corrosion measurement system and thermal shock method. The results show that under the condition of this composite plating process, a composite alloy coating with high density, good bonding strength, good corrosion resistance and high hardness can be formed on the surface of AZ31 magnesium alloy. The microhardness of AZ31 magnesium alloy coating forms a gradient , From 71.1HK to 2224.8HK. The corrosion resistance obviously increased and the corrosion potential increased from -1481 mV to -382 mV.
