本文介绍用反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分析葡萄糖低聚糖的方法和结果。样品溶于水中,摇匀,通过0.45μ微孔滤膜,滤液用于分析。色谱柱为C_(18),流动相为水,以示差折光检测器检测。此法可将葡萄糖低聚糖中的葡萄糖至麦芽八糖各组分完全分离,并能定量测定制品中葡萄糖,麦芽糖,麦芽三耱,麦芽四糖,麦芽五糖和麦芽六糖的含量。
This article describes the method and results of the analysis of gluco-oligosaccharides using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The sample was dissolved in water, shaken, passed through a 0.45 micron filter, and the filtrate was used for analysis. Column C_ (18), mobile phase water, in order to show the refractive index detector detection. This method can completely separate glucose from gluco-oligosaccharides to maltose saccharose components, and can quantitatively determine glucose, maltose, maltotriterpene, maltotetraose, maltopentaose and maltohexaose in products.
