Experimental observation is the selection of 70 ± 10 days of purebred female rats carried out more than 600. Aerosol exposure to inhalation of high-temperature calcined ~ (239) PuO_2 and beryllia oxide is only permitted in the nasal cavity for 30 to 180 minutes. The mass median aerodynamic diameter of beryllium oxide is 1.10 ± 0.17 microns. The active median aerodynamic diameter of ~ (239) PuO 2 was 2.67 ± 0.64 μm. The experiment was divided into 12 groups, two control groups, a total of 128 animals. A total of 181 animals in the three groups inhaled the ~ (239) PuO 2 aerosol inhaled
