用无水AlCl3催化间甲苯胺与丙烯腈的加成反应,合成了偶合组分N,N-二氰乙基间甲苯胺,并分别与重氮组分对硝基苯胺、对硝基邻氯苯胺、2,4-二硝基-6-氯苯胺和2,4-二硝基-6-溴苯胺进行偶合反应,合成了4种双氰乙基偶氮化合物。结果表明,生成的偶氮化合物产率分别为72%、78%、91%和81%,含量均超过96%;而且随着重氮组分苯环上取代基团的吸电子效应增加,生成相应偶氮化合物的产率越高,最大吸收波长越大,熔点越低。同时用元素分析、1HNMR、IR和MS对其结构进行了表征。
The coupling reaction of m-toluidine and acrylonitrile was catalyzed by anhydrous AlCl3 to synthesize the coupling component N, N-dicyanoethyl m-toluidine and react with the diazo components p-nitroaniline, p-nitro-o- Aniline, 2,4-dinitro-6-chloroaniline and 2,4-dinitro-6-bromoaniline were coupled to synthesize four kinds of dicyanoethylazo compounds. The results showed that the yield of azo compounds was 72%, 78%, 91% and 81%, respectively, with the content of more than 96%. Moreover, with the increase of the electron-attracting effect of the substituent group on the benzene ring of diazo component, The higher the azo compound yield, the greater the maximum absorption wavelength and the lower the melting point. Its structure was characterized by elemental analysis, 1HNMR, IR and MS.
