目的:研究载依替米星骨水泥体外释药特性。方法:将依替米星包埋在骨水泥中,固化后的骨水泥用洗提法进行药物释放试验,用高效液相色谱法测定药物在37℃模拟体液中的释放情况。结果:依替米星从骨水泥中释放,有突释效应,释放周期在1个月以上,药物释放速率和浓度与骨水泥中药物的包埋量有关。结论:将依替米星以适当方法包埋在骨水泥中可制备稳定的药物缓释体系,该体系具有缓释的特性。本实验观察的释放规律可以为临床合理使用提供建议。
Objective: To study the in vitro release characteristics of etimicin cements. Methods: Etimicin was embedded in bone cement. The cured bone cement was tested for drug release by the elution method. The release of the drug in simulated body fluid at 37 ℃ was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Etimicin was released from bone cement with a burst effect. The release period was over 1 month. The release rate and concentration of etimicin were related to the embedding volume of the drug in bone cement. Conclusion: The etimicin embedded in the cement with a suitable method can be prepared stable drug delivery system, the system has a sustained release characteristics. The experimental observation of the law of release can be used for clinical reasonable advice.
