目的:观察白芍提取物的抗抑郁作用。方法:采用小鼠悬尾、小鼠强迫游泳及利血平拮抗实验。白芍提取物22.5,45,90mg·kg-1ig7d后观察小鼠悬尾不动时间,强迫游泳不动时间及体温变化。结果:白芍提取物45,90mg·kg-1·d-1均可显著缩短小鼠悬尾及强迫游泳不动时间(P<0.05),并显著对抗利血平所致的小鼠体温下降(P<0.05)。结论:白芍提取物对小鼠具有明显的抗抑郁作用。
Objective: To observe the antidepressant effect of Radix Paeoniae Alba. Methods: Mouse tail suspension, mice forced swimming and reserpine antagonistic experiment. Paeony root extract 22.5,45,90 mg · kg-1ig7d observed tail suspension time, forced swimming time and body temperature changes. Results: Radix Paeoniae Alba extracts (45 and 90 mg · kg-1 · d-1) significantly reduced the tail suspension and forced swimming time (P <0.05), and significantly inhibited the hypothermia in mice (P <0.05). Conclusion: The extract of Radix Paeoniae Alba has obvious antidepressant effects on mice.
