皮肤 T 细胞淋巴瘤包括蕈样肉芽肿和 Sézary综合征,以皮肤内成熟的 T 淋巴细胞的恶性增殖为特征。败血症是本病常发生的并发症。据统计,有25～50%的进展期皮肤 T 细胞淋巴瘤病人因感染的合并症而致死。本文报告自1975年起连续观察到的60例各期皮肤 T 细胞淋巴瘤合并败血症的情况。一、发病率:在60例病人中.有14例(占23%)共曾发生过26次败血症。其中,有7例发生过1次、4例发生过2次、2例发生过3次、1例发生过5次
Cutaneous T cell lymphomas include mycosis fungoides and Sézary syndrome, characterized by malignant proliferation of mature T lymphocytes in the skin. Sepsis is a complication of this disease. According to statistics, 25 to 50% of advanced cutaneous T-cell lymphoma patients died of complications due to infection. This article reports the sequential observation of 60 cases of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma with sepsis observed since 1975. First, the incidence: In 60 patients, there are 14 cases (23%) had a total of 26 sepsis. Of these, 7 occurred in 1 case, 4 cases occurred 2 times, 2 cases occurred 3 times and 1 case occurred 5 times
