当激励已经成为人群管理的核心时,监狱作为特殊的社会管理组织更应该抓住矫正激励这一核心内容,充分激发罪犯接受矫正的主动性和积极性,突出矫正的作用,以此来达到减少或降低再犯率的问题,从而促进社会的稳定与建设。我国已经将矫正激励加入到了相关制度体系中,并在具体矫正工作实施过程中建立起了一系列应用模式,这些具体模式有:刑事激励、行政激励、物质激励、情感激励以及监狱文化激励等。本文就矫正激励模式应用的现状问题以及其进一步的发展与完善作初步研究。
