分子印迹技术是一种新的、很有发展潜力的分离技术。利用分子印迹技术能够制备具有特异识别功能的色谱介质,与天然分离配基相比,制备简单,而且模板分子可回收重复使用。色谱介质具有高选择性和高强度(即耐热、耐有机溶剂、耐酸碱)的优点,近年来引起人们的广泛关注。本文介绍了分子印迹技术的原理和分子印迹聚合物的制备,并详细介绍了分子印迹技术在对映体及异构体的分离、药物分析、生物传感器以及在催化和合成中的应用。
Molecular imprinting technology is a new separation technology with great potential for development. The use of molecular imprinting technology can be prepared with specific recognition of the chromatographic medium, compared with the natural separation of ligand, the preparation is simple, and the template molecules can be recycled and reused. Chromatographic media has the advantages of high selectivity and high strength (ie, heat resistance, organic solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance), attracting wide attention in recent years. This paper introduces the principle of molecular imprinting technique and the preparation of molecularly imprinted polymers. The separation of enantiomers and isomers using molecular imprinting techniques, drug analysis, biosensors and their applications in catalysis and synthesis are introduced in detail.
