利用174对SSR引物对4个玉米自交系进行鉴定,详细介绍了一种新的分子标记SSR的操作技术。鉴定结果表明,SSR在玉米染色体上呈随机分布,可以有效地揭示玉米自交系间的遗传差异,追踪亲本遗传物质在后代中的遗传动态。
Four maize inbred lines were identified using 174 pairs of SSR primers, and a new technique for molecular marker SSR was introduced. The identification results showed that the SSRs were randomly distributed on chromosomes of maize, which could effectively reveal the genetic differences among maize inbred lines and trace the genetic dynamics of the parents’ genetic material in the offspring.
