如今,选老师、选课程、组织培训的模式已经远远不能适应现在的人才发展需要。如何用互联网思维来改造培训呢?用电子问卷系统传统的发问卷的方式,最大的问题在于学员觉得繁琐,糊弄了事。通过电子问卷的形式,可以用更丰富的表现形式展现问题,让学员通过简单地按按钮、投票等方式,完成这项工作。而且,这样的形式容易引起学员的兴趣,让学员有全新的感觉。
Today, the model of selecting teachers, selecting courses and organizing training is far from being able to meet the current needs of talent development.
