本文研究了3Cr2W8V 钢强韧化处理工艺,高温加热淬火和高温回火可提高模具的高温强度、高温耐磨性能、抗回火稳定性以及热疲劳寿命,并能防止模具的早期脆断。试验还表明,3Cr2W8V 钢的 K_((?)c)值能比较准确地反映出模具的抗脆断能力,而且淬火回火后的 K_((?)c)值与硬度有一定的关系,回火到 HRC 40以下,可使其 K_((?)c)值大幅度增高。
In this paper, 3Cr2W8V steel toughening treatment process, high temperature quenching and high temperature tempering can improve the high temperature strength of the mold, high temperature wear resistance, anti-tempering stability and thermal fatigue life, and to prevent early brittle fracture mold. The experiment also shows that the K_ ((?) C) value of 3Cr2W8V steel can accurately reflect the brittle brittleness resistance of the mold, and the value of K_ (?)
