一、相图工业用铍青铜中含0.2~0.5%Ni,故铍青铜实际上是Cu-Be-Ni三元系合金。图1及图2为此三元系铜角820°及500℃的等温切面。由图可以看出,含Ni时,Be在铜中的固溶度急剧降低。在820°时,二元合金中Be在Cu中的固溶度为2.4%,含0.5%Ni的三元合金,其同溶度已降至0.8%左右,共析温度则由~605℃升至642℃(见图3)。
