我区蕨菜、发菜、黄花菜等名特“山菜”以丰富闻名于世,但继这些山菜之后,目前我们又发现了一名特产蔬菜——柳蒿芽。它多产在呼伦贝尔盟境内。柳蒿芽(菊科、蒿属),多年生草本植物。全株叶背灰白,叶表光亮有蜡质,无茸毛,且芳香味浓。一般株高30～60厘米。叶互生,叶片阔卵形。
