本文介绍了用硫酸富集物(其中硫酸/硫铵分子比在8.3以上)制磷酸及磷酸二氢铵的工艺条件及结果.试验证明,在萃取率、产物中五氧化二磷及三氧化硫浓度方面接近于硫酸法,基本解决了硫酸氢铵法所存在的问题。与其它硫酸氢铵分解磷矿的方法比较,本法有周期短、设备简单、磷石膏易于分离并可循环使用等优点。
This article describes the process conditions and results of the production of phosphoric acid and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate with sulfuric acid enrichment (wherein the ratio of sulfuric acid / ammonium sulfate is above 8.3) .The results show that in the extraction rate, the product of phosphorus pentoxide and sulfur trioxide Concentration close to the sulfuric acid method, the basic solution to the problems existing ammonium bisulfate method. Compared with other methods of decomposing phosphate rock with ammonium bisulfate, the method has the advantages of short cycle, simple equipment, easy separation of phosphogypsum and recycle.
