隐性课程是与显性课程相对应的概念,具有潜在性、非预期性、影响深刻性和广泛性等特征。高职实训基地加强隐性课程因素开发可以促进学生职业道德和职业价值观、职业关键能力的形成和发展,促进学生全面发展。进行高职实训基地隐性课程因素的开发,要注意加强高职实训基地环境、规章制度、精神文化和实践课程的建设。
Hidden Curriculum is a concept that corresponds to a dominant curriculum, with potential, unpredictability, profoundness and extensiveness. The strengthening of practical training bases in higher vocational training to promote the development of hidden curriculum factors can promote the formation and development of students’ professional ethics and professional values, professional key ability and promote the all-round development of students. To develop the recessive curriculum factors of vocational training bases, we should pay attention to strengthening the construction of the environment, rules and regulations, spiritual culture and practical courses of the practical training bases in higher vocational schools.
