含不凝性气体蒸汽的凝结问题是冷凝放热研究的薄弱环节,尤其缺乏基础性实验研究。本文介绍R_(-113)—空气系膜状凝结放热的实验研究结果,并与理论分析进行比较。首先用纯蒸汽进行实验,以Nusselt理论值检验装置的精度。在同样温度条件下进行不凝气实验。结果表明:装置达到了设定的各项条件和要求,实验值与分析解计算值很相符合。使理论解的正确性和准确度得到了证实。
The condensation problem of non-condensable gas vapor is the weak link of condensation and exothermic study, especially the lack of basic experimental research. In this paper, experimental results of R_ (- 113) - air film membrane condensation heat release are introduced and compared with the theoretical analysis. Experiments with pure steam were first performed to verify the accuracy of the device with Nusselt’s theoretical value. In the same temperature conditions for non-condensable gas experiments. The results show that the device meets the set conditions and requirements, and the experimental values are in good agreement with the analytical solutions. So that the correctness and accuracy of theoretical solutions have been confirmed.
