在发展中国家,菠萝第一次收获后,植株的修整是靠人力完成的。这项工作很费时费力。为解决这一问题,研制了一种适合于两行同时作业的低成本动力机牵引式菠萝植株修整机。它安装在一台8.6kW的动力机(两轮拖拉机)前面。一种特殊的传动装置把发动机的动力传递给修整机的旋转刀片。用不同的刀片在不同的前进速度下对修整机进行了试验。田间试验表明,该机平均每小时可修整0.11~0.15ha菠萝植株,平均田间生产效率和切割效率分别为73.28%和90.10%;工作效率是人工作业的6~8倍;该机修整所需费用为$12.20/ha,仅是人工方法所需费用的1/3。
In developing countries, dressing of plants is done by manpower after the first harvest of pineapples. This job is time-consuming and laborious. In order to solve this problem, a low-cost power-driven trailed pineapple plant finishing machine suitable for two rows of work was developed. It is installed in front of a 8.6kW power unit (two-wheeled tractor). A special transmission transmits the power of the engine to the rotating blade of the dresser. Trimmers were tested with different blades at different forward speeds. Field experiments showed that the average machine can trim 0.11 ~ 0.15ha pineapple plants per hour, the average field production efficiency and cutting efficiency were 73.28% and 90.10%, respectively; the work efficiency was 6 ~ 8 Times; the cost of the machine dressing is $ 12.20 / ha, only 1/3 of the cost of the manual method.
