采用框架结构的多层建筑或高层建筑中,楼梯结构与框架结构组成完整的楼房结构体系——框架-楼梯体系。楼梯结构的不适当连接将使得这个结构体系出现不良的特性,遭遇地震时楼梯发生严重破坏而阻断逃生通道。Pushover分析说明了这种楼房结构体系的不良特性。基于Pushover分析的结论,提出框架-楼梯体系中楼梯结构的一种合理处理方法,切断楼梯结构中传送水平荷载的路径,楼梯构件不参与楼房水平地震作用的传送,避免楼梯构件的破坏,便于使楼梯成为安全岛。
In the multi-story or high-rise building with frame structure, the staircase structure and the frame structure form a complete building structural system-frame-staircase system. The improper connection of the stairway structure will make this structural system appear unhealthy and suffer serious damage to the stairway during the earthquake and block the escape route. Pushover analysis shows the bad characteristics of this building structure system. Based on the conclusion of Pushover analysis, a reasonable treatment method of the stairway structure in the framework-staircase system is proposed, which cuts off the path of the horizontal load in the stairway structure. The staircase members do not participate in the transmission of the horizontal seismic action of the buildings, The stairs become a safe island.
