1 病例报告例1:男,7岁.2周前出现眼睑水肿,逐渐波及双下肢,尿常规示蛋白(++) ,红细胞(++),门诊以急性肾炎收入院.查体:BP 110/75 mm Hg,神志清,呼吸平稳 ,双眼睑水肿,巩膜无黄染,双肺听诊呼吸音粗糙,心音有力,节律整齐,HR 98次/min, 未闻及病理性杂音,腹软、肝肋下2 cm,质中等硬,脾肋下2 cm,四肢活动自如,双下肢水肿,神经反射未见异常.查:白蛋白25 g/L,球蛋白30 g/L,总蛋白55 g/L,白球比例倒置 ,余正常.
