过氧化物酶体是真核细胞中广泛存在的一种细胞器,参与并介导细胞多种生物学过程。近年来研究已证实过氧化物酶体是细胞中自由基产生与清除的重要位点。过氧化物酶体中自由基生成与清除平衡机制对维持细胞正常功能是极为重要的,当过氧化物酶体发生氧化应激时产生大量自由基,这种自由基变化与人类肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,并可能从多个层面影响肿瘤进程。该文就过氧化物酶体的氧化应激机制及其在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用进行综述。
