研究了精密离心机动态半径激光干涉测量中死程的真空屏蔽技术 ,介绍了其中的若干关键技术及其原理和特点 ,给出了系统设计公式。理论分析和实验证明该项技术能够消除长光路中各种环境因素的影响 ,并保证干涉测量系统的示值稳定性
In this paper, the vacuum shielding technology of death in dynamic radius laser interferometry of precision centrifuge is studied. Some key technologies, principles and characteristics of the technology are introduced, and the system design formulas are given. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that this technique can eliminate the influence of various environmental factors in the long light path and ensure the indication stability of the interferometric system
