在现在经济教育模式下,通过相关企业与职业学校的合作,实行在招生初期就结合招工需求,有针对性的将由老师转换为师傅的角色,将两者结合在一起,不仅传授学习知识,而且对工作内容也进行前期的培训与传授,将技能培养作为主要教育方式,像这种现代人才培养模式,就叫做现代学徒制。职业教育在具体引入现代学徒制的时候,其主要举措包括:一是要选择合适的企业,企业能否主动积极地参与是现代学徒制引入职业教育的关键所在。二是要发挥政府的引导作用,政府要为企业和职业学校搭建沟通渠道,要给参与的企业补助或扶持。三是要校企共同设计和开发教学课程体系,强调学生学习的“职业性”。四是要改革教学组织与管理模式,实行校企同管。
