城市轨道交通规划建设时序是城市轨道交通规划中最重要的内容之一,合理的建设时序方案不仅可以为城市的发展、城市交通的规划提供决策依据,而且可以拉动城市经济增长,缓解城市交通压力。为了使城市轨道交通规划建设时序更为合理,提出一种主观与客观相结合的轨道交通规划建设时序研究方法。首先筛选出轨道交通建设时序的5个指标,并通过对指标的分析提出量化公式,采用主观赋权法(9标度法)和客观赋权法(熵权法)相结合的方法计算各指标的权重,从而确立轨道交通规划建设时序;然后以南京市轨道交通为例,验证该方法的可行性与有效性。结果表明,采用该方法计算的结果与规划结果总体一致,在个别线路上能更好地表现出线路的问题。
Timing of urban rail transit planning and construction is one of the most important contents in urban rail transit planning. Reasonable construction and time sequence planning can not only provide decision-making basis for the development of urban and urban transport planning, but also promote urban economic growth and alleviate urban traffic pressure . In order to make the time sequence of urban rail transit planning more reasonable, this paper proposes a time series research method of rail transit planning and construction combining subjective and objective. First of all, we selected five indicators of the construction sequence of rail transit and proposed quantification formulas through analysis of indicators. We used the method of subjective weighting (9-scale) and objective weighting (entropy) to calculate each index , So as to establish the time sequence of rail transit planning and construction. Then, taking the Nanjing rail transit as an example, the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are verified. The results show that the results calculated by this method are in good agreement with the planning results, and the problems on the routes can be better demonstrated on individual lines.
