近年来,房价较高、涨幅过快的问题日益凸现。房价“逆势上扬”是供需矛盾的集中体现,作为商品房供应源头——土地供应量是否充足的问题也引起了普遍关注。北京市统计局针对北京市房地产开发企业土地开发利用情况所作的调查,发现北京市住宅存量用地面积较大,但是能顺利形成住宅供应的土地面积增量呈减少趋势,且在企业中的分布集中,使部分企业感到土地供应趋紧。
