目的:建立检测中毒病人尿液中的溴敌隆的方法。方法:尿液经固相萃取柱吸附、淋洗、氮吹、定容后,用液相色谱法测定溴敌隆。结果:方法线性范围0.01 mg/L～1.0 mg/L,回归方程为Y=4.313×105X+3407,相关系数r=0.9996,检出限为0.005 mg/L,精密度(RSD)1.8%～3.6%,回收率97%～103%。结论:该方法样品提取简单快速,回收率高,精密度良好,适合测定中毒病人尿液中溴敌隆。
Objective: To establish a method for detecting bromadiolone in urine of poisoned patients. Methods: Urine was adsorbed on solid-phase extraction column, rinsed, purged with nitrogen and fixed volume. The content of bromadiolone was determined by liquid chromatography. Results The linear range of the method was 0.01 mg / L to 1.0 mg / L, the regression equation was Y = 4.313 × 105X + 3407, the correlation coefficient was 0.9996, the detection limit was 0.005 mg / L and the precision was 1.8% ~ 3.6 %, Recovery rate of 97% ~ 103%. Conclusion: This method is simple and rapid sample extraction, high recovery, good precision, suitable for determination of brominated the enemy in the urine of bromadiolone.
