语文课程必须根据学生身心发展和语文学习的特点,关注学生的个体差异和不同的学习需求,充分激发学生的主动意识和进取精神.在课堂实践中,教师常利用小组合作的形式组织学生进行自主探究学习,培养学生合作学习的意识和能力.语文教学中的小组合作学习,首先要科学的分组和分配角色任务,使每个人的特长得以充分利用和彼此协调;其次在学习中让学生通过朗读——思考——讨论的过程解读课文内容,从而有所感悟,有所思考,有所发现;最后可用捆绑式测评对合作学习的效果进行检测,调动学生个体的学习积极性,培养学生的团队合作意识.
