经过25年的研究,目前已无疑问:原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的血小板减少是由于抗体破坏血小板所致。但亦有可能抗血小板抗体是作用于巨核细胞成熟过程中所产生的自身抗原,影响到血小板的生成而造成的。从形态学的改变以及免疫荧光检测证实血小板与巨核细胞有共同抗原。有人应用免疫荧光进一步证实12例ITP患者中5例和2例正常人的巨核细胞能与抗球蛋白抗体结合。
After 25 years of research, there is no doubt that thrombocytopenia of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is due to the destruction of platelets by antibodies. However, it is also possible that anti-platelet antibodies are autoantigens that act on the maturation of megakaryocytes and affect the production of platelets. From the morphological changes and immunofluorescence test confirmed that platelets and megakaryocytes have common antigen. It was further confirmed by immunofluorescence that in 5 of 12 ITP patients and 2 normal human megakaryocytes were able to bind to antiglobulin antibodies.
