氯苯基作为取代基的卟啉类化合物是一种非水溶性卟啉,它溶于有机溶剂二甲胺,目前这类试剂的工作较少,我们首次采用四-(3-间氯苯基)卟啉荧光法测定痕量锌。试验表明,在拟定的试验条件下,反应在5min内可迅速完成,λ_(ex)=370nm,λ_(em)=510nm,检测限为3.5ppb,Zn(Ⅱ)量在0~2.0μg/25ml具有线性关系,量子产率为0.115。应用本法测定自来水、矿样中的痕量锌,结果满意。试验部分一主要仪器与试剂日立850型荧光分光光度计RF-540荧光仪(日本岛津) SPm-10A型数字酸度计
Porphyrin compounds with chlorophenyl as a substituent are a kind of water-insoluble porphyrin dissolved in dimethylamine, an organic solvent. At present, the work of this kind of reagent is less. We first used tetrakis- (3-chlorophenyl Porphyrin Fluorescence Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Zinc. The results showed that the reaction could be completed rapidly in 5min under the conditions of the proposed experiment. The detection limit was 3.5ppb and the λ (ex) = 370nm, λ_ (em) = 510nm, the amount of Zn (Ⅱ) With a linear relationship, the quantum yield is 0.115. This method was applied to the determination of trace zinc in tap water and mineral samples with satisfactory results.
