为了解终末期肾病(ESRD)性功能障碍的发病机 理,测定10例ESRD男子黄体刺激素(LH)脉冲分泌和 人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)刺激性激素反应。 对象与方法 ESRD组为10例本院维持血液透析 男子,年龄23~36岁,7例合并阳萎,2例早泄,3例睾 丸萎缩;对照组为6例健康男子,年龄20~38岁。LH 脉冲分析:受试者取卧位,从17 :00至24:00每间隔10 分钟抽取静脉血2ml,离心留取血清,测定LH,LH峰 值较前某一时点谷值增加20%以上则认为存在LH脉 冲,计算LH脉冲频率、幅度和周期。HCG刺激性激素 分泌反应:在受试者肌肉注射2000UHCG后的0、24、
To understand the pathogenesis of dysfunction of end-stage renal disease (ESRD), 10 patients with ESRD were tested for pulse secretion of luteal stimulating hormone (LH) and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) stimulating hormone response.
