随着国际社会能源之争日趋激烈,中国石油企业海外业务也在不断拓展,近年来相继成立了多个国际合作项目。本文以长庆油田苏里格南作业分公司员工队伍建设为背景,说明国际合作项目成功的关键在于建立一支专业水准高、综合素质强的员工队伍。通过优化劳动组织架构、建立健全人才选拔机制、加强综合素质培养及开展传统精神教育等众多措施,加快建设一支与外资企业合作需要相适应的高素质员工队伍,为企业可持续性发展奠定坚实基础。
With the increasingly fierce international energy dispute, the overseas business of Chinese oil companies is also expanding. In recent years, a number of international cooperation projects have been set up one after another. This article takes the construction of the staff team of Suligangnan Operations Branch of Changqing Oilfield as the background, indicating that the key to the success of international cooperation projects lies in establishing a contingent of highly professional staff with comprehensive quality. By optimizing labor organizational structure, establishing and perfecting talent selection mechanism, strengthening comprehensive quality cultivation and carrying out traditional spiritual education, we will speed up the construction of a highly qualified workforce that meets the needs of foreign-funded enterprises and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises basis.
